3. User Accounts and Registration

To use Job Email Generator, you must create an account by authenticating with Google. When you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
  • You must sign in using a valid Google account that you own and control
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
  • You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Email Permissions and Responsibilities

By connecting your email account (Gmail or Outlook) to our Service through the OAuth authentication flow, you explicitly grant Job Email Generator permission to send emails on your behalf. Please understand:

  • We will only send emails when you explicitly click the "Send" button in our application
  • You can review and edit all email content before it is sent
  • You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings
  • You are solely and entirely responsible for the content, recipients, and consequences of all emails sent through the Service
  • We do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content of emails you send
  • You must ensure that all emails comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation

We are not liable for any consequences arising from emails sent using our Service, including but not limited to employment disputes, privacy violations, or legal claims.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, and code (excluding your user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Job Email Generator and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign jurisdictions.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the email content, resumes, job descriptions, and other materials you create, upload, or generate using the Service. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability
